Orders
Unfortunately we can not cancel or change your order after it’s been placed. The orders are put into fulfilment pretty much straight away.
If you placed the order by mistake or changed your mind you're more than welcome to go through the returns process to send your order back to us.
If, by any chance, you find something missing or wrong from your order, don't worry—we've got your back! Just give us a shout with these details:
- Your order number
- The name of the missing/ incorrect item
Once we have that info, our awesome Customer Success team will jump into action and get things sorted for you as soon as we can.
Unfortunately after the orders placed we can't edit it to apply the discount.
Shipping
We offer a free UK shipping option. This is an untracked option which means the tracking number will not update until delivery has been attempted.
Don't worry we use Royal Mail 2nd Class for this which means it should be with you in less than 4 working days.
We offer free international shipping on orders that are £150 or more.
We've got a dedicated order tracking page that you can find here.
All you need is your order number and email.
We ship worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked shipping. The Royal Mail website states:
- Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.
- Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.
However in our experience it can take up to 10 working days to deliver internationally.
Please allow for delays during busy seasons i.e. Valentines day, Christmas, Black Friday etc.
Refunds and Returns
Yes! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please reach out to Help@gimmegold.com and our lovely customer support team will be more than happy to assist with this.
Please note: We do not accept returns on Custom Engraved items or charm necklaces as they are made specifically for you.
We also do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
Of course! If it's within the 14 day returns period you can reach out to Help@gimmegold.com where we can help you return the item.
We do not offer free returns labels.
There is an added reshipping charge of £1.99 for exchanges.
Unfortunately, we can't do swaps if there's a mix-up with the length, colour, or anything like that in your order. We can not accept responsibility for what you added to your cart.
Product Info
All of our items are a 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel base which is then plated in an extra thick layer of real 18ct gold plating.
Making them water safe and Tarnish Resistant for up to 2 years
Keep your jewellery dry and store it in the provided dust bag if not used often.
Avoid contact with rubber products and remove before applying perfume or when using harsh chemicals such as bleach or vinegar or while being exposed to chlorine.
For gold-plated pieces, use a soft cloth for cleaning
Your jewellery can last up to 3 years looking shiny. You will receive a care card in your order which details how to look after your new jewels.
We recommend you do not wear the jewellery to bed as it may get caught and tangled/snap. We do not cover accidental damage.
Warranty
We know it is physically impossible for any materials in the Necklaces, Earrings, bracelets and Anklets we sell to leave marks on your skin.
So we've implemented a LIFETIME warranty whereby if this occurs we will refund your entire order and pay you £100 compensation.
Yes, I'm that certain this can't happen!!!
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or tangled chains. Once you receive the item in good condition it is then your responsibility to look after it.
