Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we can not cancel or change your order after it’s been placed. The orders are put into fulfilment pretty much straight away.

If you placed the order by mistake or changed your mind you're more than welcome to go through the returns process to send your order back to us.

Can I return my order?
Yes! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please reach out to Help@gimmegold.com and our lovely customer support team will be more than happy to assist with this.
Please note: We do not accept returns on Custom Engraved items or charm necklaces as they are made specifically for you.
We also do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

How do I return my order?

Send an email to help@gimmegold.com. Please include your order number in your email. A member of our customer service team will get back to you with return details.
How long do I have to return my order?
14 days from receiving your order.

Do I have to pay to return my order?
Yes in order to return your order to us you (the customer) must cover the shipping cost. 
My order has arrived broken. Will you fix the damaged items?
Of course! Just send us over some photo's of the damage and we'll get back to you ASAP.
We may ask you to return the damaged items before we offer a replacement or issue a refund. 
I ordered my item during a sale can I still return it?
No. All sale items are final.
If you purchase an item and receive a free gift you must return both the free gift and the item to receive refund.
If you attempt to return without the free gift you will not receive a refund and will be charged a reshipping fee of £2.99.

Ordered the wrong size or want to swap your item for a different colour? 

Unfortunately, we can't do swaps if there's a mix-up with the length, colour, or anything like that in your order. We can not accept responsibility for what you add to your cart.
We can not accept exchanges on any items that have been sold at discounted price or that have been included in a sale. 

My order has missing items. What can you do?
If your order has missing items email us at Help@GimmeGold.com within 48 hours of your orders arrival. Our customer support team will be more than happy to sort that out for you.
