I want to cancel my order. Can I do this? 

  • We do not accept order cancellations once they're placed we can't disrupt processing to cancel one single order.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I return my order?
  • Yes! We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding earrings and nose jewellery) Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer. 
  • We offer either an exchange or store credit when an item is returned.
How do I return my order?
  • Send an email to help@ShopTresor.co.uk. Please include your order number in your email. A member of our customer service team will get back to you with return details.
How long do I have to return my order?
  • 14 days from receiving your order.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
  • Yes in order to return your order to us you (the customer) must cover the shipping cost. 
My order has arrived broken. Will you fix the damaged items?
  • Of course! Just send us over some photo's of the damage and we'll get back to you ASAP.
  • We may ask you to return the damaged items before we offer a replacement or issue a refund. 
I ordered my item during a sale can I still return it?
  • No. All sale items are final.
Ordered the wrong size or want to swap your item for a different colour? We are happy to take exchanges. 
  • You can return your item to us and exchange it for another. We are not responsible for shipping costs. When we receive your item we will send you an invoice for us to ship the exchange back to you. Once paid we will send off the exchange.
  • We can not accept exchanges on any items that have been sold at discounted price or that have been included in a sale. 
My order has missing items. What can you do?
  • If your order has missing items email us at Help@Shoptresor.co.uk within 48 hours of your orders arrival.
