Warranty Policy:

- If an item is received broken or wrong you must email in within 14 days of receiving it. You are entitled to a free replacement if this is the case.

- We are not liable for items broken due to not following jewellery care.

What to avoid:

At Tresór, we aspire to deliver the highest quality possible, however all jewellery can be preserved longer with a little care. Please avoid getting bleach, sanitiser, greasy creams etc on jewellery that can be highly acidic and eat away at plating. The jewellery will not turn your skin "Green" but the more it is exposed to chemicals the quicker the colour will fade away. By following jewellery care you should see no signs of wear for upto 3 years.

If jewellery gets wet, simply pat it dry with a towel to prevent rings slipping off or earrings becoming loose.

How to clean it:

We recommend that you use a soft lint free cloth to carefully wipe your items, which will ideally keep your jewellery shining for longer.

Handle with love and care:

Some pieces can be quite delicate and dainty, so we recommend that you handle them with love when fastening and removing them. It is also ideal to store your jewellery in a cool, dry place where the metal cannot react.

Most of our jewellery is non tarnish unless stated otherwise in the description. These little steps can help maintain it at a high standard for a longer period time.
