Shipping Policy

UK Shipping is £2.99 or free if the order value exceeds £100.

International Shipping is a flat rate of £9.

Delivery

All orders are processed Monday - Friday. Unless otherwise stated on the website. Our processing time can take up to 5 working days due to the current pandemic but majority of orders are processed the same day.

Please note these are the delivery times that Royal Mail advises however we are not responsible for external factors that may effect this. The number of days refers to working days Monday-Friday. 

All our orders are sent fully tracked with Royal Mail , the Royal Mail tracked service is delivered on the first attempt , either to your door , a safe place or a neighbour. We will consider the item delivered when this has been done and your tracking has been updated to state delivered. 

Please note that we are not liable for any incorrect information that you have entered at checkout. The items will be shipped to the address you enter.

If you claim to not have your order when it has been stated as delivered by Royal Mail or its has been damaged we will investigate this with Royal Mail , this can take up to 14 days. Once the investigation has been completed we will let you know the outcome. If Royal Mail confirm delivery of your item by providing supporting evidence such as GPS coordinates or verbal confirmation of delivery then we may not resend the item. 

Please Note: Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. 

Duties & Taxes

You may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. These are applied once the parcel has reached its destination country, and you will be responsible to pay them.  We have no control over these charges and they must be paid in order to receive your goods. For more information about this you would need to contact your local customs office. 

If you refuse to pay these charges then your order will be sent back to us however you will still be responsible for these charges, the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping. These will all be deducted from you refund.

Currency Conversion

All Prices listed on our website are GBP (£). Your bank will determine the exchange rate you will pay. You can use an online convertor to check the daily exchange rate to give you an estimation of the cost. You can also select to pay in your currency using our currency converter in the bottom left hand corner of the site.
